The book synthesizes cutting-edge research on creativity and the inner lives of highly original thinkers, and has been recognized by The New York Times as a compelling overview of modern creativity science. Her work bridges rigorous research with practical insight, helping individuals and organizations better understand how innovation actually happens.
Carolyn is also the creator of the Webby Award–winning Creative Types personality assessment, which has been taken more than 15 million times worldwide and was recently relaunched in collaboration with TED. Her work has made complex ideas about creativity accessible and actionable at scale.
