What time do doors open?
Doors open at 4:00 PM. The event begins at 5:00 PM and will run through the evening.
How do I get there? Where do I park?
The event will take place at:

Fairfield, CT 06824
Although the theatre is next to train station parking given our 5pm start there will be limited parking in these lots, which will likely require you to park in the other designated lots.

We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and check-in.
What is the bag policy?
For safety and security, small personal bags are recommended. Large bags or oversized items will be restricted. All bags are subject to standard venue security checks.
Will food be provided?
Light refreshments will be available during the event.
Is water available? Can I bring a water bottle?
Yes, water will be available on-site. You are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle.
What should I wear?
Dress is smart casual or business casual. Be comfortable, but polished enough for networking and photos.
Will I be recorded or photographed?
Yes, this event will be professionally recorded and photographed. By attending, you consent to being included in event media, which may be used for promotional purposes.
Will talks be available after the event? Where can I watch them?
Yes, talks will be recorded and shared after the event. They will be published on the official TEDx YouTube channel and or linked on our website once available.
What Items Are Not Permitted In The Venue?
No weapons of any kind are permitted . All explosive devices, firecrackers, laser pens, signs, banners, oversized bags, outside food & beverage (cans, alcohol, coffee), drugs etc. are prohibited and will be confiscated
